Hey, so I'm gonna make risotto tonight. I hope it turns out alright :3 I tried making risotto about half a year ago, and failed so miserably that I had to throw it oout, and order takeout. Gah. Well, I think that I'll be making the classic chees risotto or something. If I don't have enough ingredients, then I'm screwed. I'm trying to use up my cream at home. :3 I used about 50ml for the crepes I made last weekend and now I have no idea on how to use up the other 200ml. I bettre think fast, or else, it'll turn bad soon! And no, I'm not going to make more crepes to use the stuff up. I'll keep you updated on what happens to my risotto! xD wish me luck.
